ABOUT HEATHER

Heather Nicole Permanent Cosmetics joined Bri-Cho Spa & Coffee Bar in 2019 and has delivered upon her promise of high quality results. In an industry that is lacking in rules for training, many people become permanent cosmetic providers without any training or technique behind them. This is not the case with Heather. From the very start she has been motivated to be the best in this field and has attended trainings, from lashes to brows and more. Heather has gained many loyal customers in a short amount of time and we are so proud to have her shop located in the upper level of Bri-Cho.
